To all of our valued clients
Unfortunately, we again find ourselves in the midst of COVID-19 restrictions, this time of a much more restrictive nature. Our message, as last time, is clear and simple – our service delivery to you remains available and unchanged.
We recognize that our council clients are providers of essential services and we will continue to provide you with the support, advice and representation, that you require in order for you to maintain your service provision. Indeed, it may even be considered to be even more critical and important now, as you continue to deliver essential services at this time.
Whether from our offices, or remotely, we remain available and accessible. Our service standards and the quality of our expert, practical and tailored advice, is not and will not be affected. That is, it is business as usual for the KJL team. Rest assured that, whatever your communication medium, you will be answered/responded to and your interests taken care of as they always are.
Whilst we are not expecting to receive any requests for a face-to-face meeting, if that is your requirement, it will, if necessary, be accommodated with regard to the best practice health recommendations. Otherwise, as last time, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or your preferred method of remote meeting platform will be accommodated.
