Following the conclusion of the 2022 periodic elections, our team of recognised and experienced trainers (both from KJL and independents) have been delivering optimal standards of education to most newly elected councils, in the form of both Induction sessions and Modules 1 – 4.
A further component of the LGA Training Standards is the Council Leadership Workshop. The workshop is designed to assist in building effective working relationships, and to focus on Councils strategic purpose.
